Paragraphs is a minimalist text editor that keeps its tool menus hidden, freeing up maximum screen area for your writing. Selecting a section of text allows you to format it; selecting the settings menu allows you to switch from light to dark mode or change the appearance of your text.

Paragraphs prides itself on its minimalist, easy-to-use design. This makes it especially good for use on mobile platforms which have limited screen space compared to a computer. It does mean that this app doesn't offer as many features as a dedicated word processing tool. Paragraphs offers limited options both in terms of text formatting and presentation and in terms of how files are stored, exported and organized.

A light writing app for light writing tasks

If you want to draft blog posts, take notes, or just jot down your thoughts, Paragraphs is an excellent choice, with a clean, minimalist interface that's easy to understand and use. If you want to do longer, more involved writing tasks, or store large numbers of ongoing writing projects, it may lack some necessary features.
